1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Change Logger (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Change Logger provides a Google Sheets add-on that tracks and logs all changes made to your spreadsheet. When a cell is edited, the script highlights the changed area, records details such as the user, timestamp, old value, and new value, and prompts the user to provide a reason for the change via a sidebar. All logged changes, along with their reasons, are saved to a dedicated “ChangeLog” sheet for easy review and auditing. This tool helps teams maintain accountability and transparency in collaborative spreadsheets.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trial Site Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
